The Tombstone Epitaph reported the famous gunfight at the O.K. Corral in 1881, the year after its founding in 1880. It continues in operation with a monthly national edition that publishes stories about the history of Tombstone and the Wild West. The history of the newspaper is included on its website at www.tombstoneepitaph.com.
